Nice bait.  Okay, I'll take it.

You know, it's funny.  If I had pointed out that there should be an
improvement of some sort in the kernel, or that DMA should be enabled
on CD drives by default, or that a certain application should be
considered for part of the distribution, people wouldn't say I was
complaining.  All of those things are free services as well.  If I
express disappointment with some other aspect of Ubuntu, however,
apparently that's complaining.  So, if that's the case, the answer to
your question is "yes".

I'd like to see this part of Ubuntu improve.  Unless people who are
disappointed with the process say something, however, I don't see how
that's going to happen.  The ShipIt program is something unique to
Ubuntu, from what I understand.  It'd be nice if it worked better.

I want these CDs in order to help promote/advocate Ubuntu.  Some level
of frustration comes from not being able to do that with the help that
the ShipIt program offers.  Or, at least, "not yet".
