Everydaiy the same mail message to admin- mail adress

  You can remove /etc/cron.daily/tripwire so that it won't get executed
every day from cron.

  Either :

    - move it somewhere not in a /etc/cron.*/ directory
    - delete it
    - use dpkg-divert to move it (that's what i'd do)
