Got it installed!!!!

WOW!  Linux has really developed since I last played with it!  

I am extremely impressed with Ubuntu!

Now just a couple of questions here...

(1) I am interested in learning the commands (Unix) so I can build some scripts to run commands and output the result to a file and email the file.  Batch type processes.

(2) I need to be able to access a shared folder on Ubuntu from Windows XP.  

I also want to say that I really appreciate the help I have received on this list serv.
