I've been using this CD as well.  I plan on using it to install
additional functionality to my mom's PC, when I eventually get the
chance to visit her.  Since her connectivity to the internet is via
dial-up, a CD like this is a definite plus.

I've been using the rescue CD functionality as well.  I would
recommend this CD to anyone, even without the Ubuntu add-ons, just for
the rescue tools.
