Your DNS servers should be visible in /etc/resolv.conf

You should be able to configure your DHCP server options so that it sends 
either the same DNS servers you use, or a proxy DNS server that you setup 
just to serve them.  The proxy DNS server can do caching, so that's probably 
preferable.
