If you want, you can try out VNC (run a google search for it).
Or, for a simpler approach, you could try installing "flashplayer- 
mozilla" from synaptic.

Also, I think you mistaken about "Connection to X-Server".  It  
appears as though you are trying to connect to the Windows machine,  
not the other way around.  Since Windows machines don't use an "X- 
Server", this doesn't apply.
