Upgrading to breezy from Hoary?

Not as of a few days ago, no. Rails has been upgraded to a newer 
version, and is now dependent on a newer version of Ruby than is 
included in the hoary universe repository.

I've notified the wiki post writer (Bruce Perens) about it, but haven't 
received a response yet.
