Strange. This must have happened with the 0.13.1 release (released
yesterday) since I could still use rails with 0.13.0 :( Also the
strange date constraint sounds somehow like a bug in hoary since the
official release of ruby 1.82 was on 2004-12-25 and not on 2004-12-23.
