Email & URL's

When I have a Link in an Email (That is colored showing it to be hot) I click 
on it and get a window "Could not find the program Firefox". I have it on the 
top in Control Panel/File associates. And it is set as my prefered Browser.   
Should Kmail open it when I hit the http:// link?
