is breezy stable enough to use

For me personally, I would not install any OS that's not a final release 
AND has been released for at least a couple of months.

I do have a question though: When Breezy is released, how easy will the 
upgrade be? (I wasn't using Ubuntu yet during the Warty-Hoary switch). 
Is it just an 'update' that takes a bit longer to download than usual? 
Or a complete new install?
