PPPoE -> DHCP : how to switch ???

  DHCP  is  not  a  "connection  protocol", pass the expression, but a
  protocol  to  get a IP address OVER an existing Internet connection,
  so  first  you'll  have  to know what connection are they gonna give
  you.
