Open Settings->Repository and add a new entry:

              Binary (deb)
URI:          http://archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu
Distribution: hoary
Section(s):   main restricted

If you want to enable universe and/or multiverse add another entry like the
above but with the Section field set to:

Section(s):   universe multiverse
