Accessibility in Ubuntu - Screen Magnifier

Hi list!

I'm a person that needs a Scrren Magnifier to navigate on the Desktop.
On my Windows XP box I use the built in Magnifier and it a good help.

I wan't to test out Linux as Desktop OS but cannot navigate without this 
Magnifier.
I have booted up the Ubunto 4.10 LiveCD but I'm helpless without the 
Magnifier...
Is there a Scrren Magnifier built in on the Live CD?
If I install Ubuntu?

Can someone please tell me where I can start the magnifier.
