Remote desktop support like in knoppix?

Hmm.. that would probably do it, but I much prefer the interface that
knoppix gives you for this, as it's much friendlier and easier for
newbies like My mother :-P

In theory its just an app.. so if I can find out what it is, then I
can install and run it can't I?
