I am afraid not, unless this statement stems from my ignorance. In that
case I would like that someone 'sells' me the trick how to do that.

Hey, this is one powerfully positive statement!

That is true, since all you need to do is drag and drop, and not think
about whether you have a DVD or a CD inside. It deletes RWs automatically,
and it can be setup to overburn. But it does no support some advanced
features of K3B like Video mastering etc. Then again, most of us usually
burn data CDs and DVDs.
