Problem setting up Samba on Warty

When I hook into a windows/samba share in os x this is what I do:

apple+k in finder, connect to smb://workgroup:username@ip_address/sharename.

you may also have to hit the re-authenticate. By default, at least in
windows, shares are required to have passwords in order to have write
access. At any rate, the workgroup part threw me for a while and the
re-authenticate also threw me for a bit; maybe that's what's wrong for
you too.
