Why do you want 3 ip's for one machine?

Other than that I'd just portforward the ports needed to get the thing 
working.

On my router there is an option to limit the ip's handled by DHCP, thus 
only 192.168.1.6 - 192.168.1.255 is handled by dhcp, and 192.168.1.1 is 
the router gw. Thus I'd just set up my server for a static 192.168.1.2.
