Anything that does "fixed menu bars" yet? That's a far more important
productivity enhancement that's needed.

I'm not always exactly a fan of the Microsoft way of doing things and
menu-in-window is probably one of the worst work paradigms for laptops
(I inevitably run FireFox in full screen mode since it at least gives
me back all the screen realestate wasted by the GNOME dock, the menu
bar and the window bar) (menu-in-window may be functional on extremely
large screens but, then again, being nearly exclusively a laptop user
I rarely find that I hook my laptop up to a truly large screen anyway
(1200x1600 or bigger)... usually I just have a 2048x768 screen across
the internal and external monitors but that's in OS X... I have no
idea whether Linux can handle screen spannng across multiple monitors
on my hardware... probably not since it's the same video card driving
both monitors).
