Arabic support in Firefox..

First idea: your Debian box has some fonts which support Arabic, while your
Ubuntu box doesn't have any of these installed. Have a quick look with

  dpkg --get-selections | egrep '^ttf|^xfonts'

On my box the page looks correct (or so I think...), likey thanks to the
ttf-arabeyes font package, which is included by default in Hoary, but not
available for Warty. Anyway, you should be able to install it after
downloading the deb from

  http://archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/pool/main/t/ttf-arabeyes/
