no upgrading

Have anyone of you noticed that upgrades are not so fast as they should?
There are many of new upgrades {at least that's what you conclude by
looking at linux.ubuntu.devel.changes.hoary}, but synaptic doesn't seem
to notice it... Or maybe I'm wrong {as I usually am} and everything is
fine :)
