Help finding libqt3-mt-dev 3.3.3

Hi,

I want to build Scribus on my ubuntu system. But when I configure the 
program, the code complains that cannot find “libqt3-mt-dev”. I have 
libqt3-mt-dev 3.2.3 installed on my system but Scribus needs libqt3-mt-dev 
3.3.3. I have already serched for this new version but I couln’t find 
anywhere. If anyone knows where can I download this latest qt library please 
let me know.
