That includes that the sender declares how he wants the answers by 
setting
a reply-to sender manually. Or - as known from usenet - setting a f'up 
to poster.
And thats absolutely wantable in my eyes.

I'd count the same you do. Is there a democratic way to clear this 
issue one time forever?
A poll, voting or whatever anywhere?
Or could we see the counts in this thread as represantative and ask the 
list manager about changing the
default behaviour?

ps/ apple mail does _not_ have a reply-to list button also.
Its a great MUA and I won't change it as long as I'm on Mac OS X.
