Hi!
My freind <nigelnguyen at gmail.com> showed me :

add /etc/apt/sources.list:
# warty backports
deb http://ubuntu-bp.sourceforge.net/ubuntu/ warty-backports main universe

(it get about 50MB)

then :
apt-get update
apt-get upgrade

My Ubuntu Warty now runs OK.
