add /etc/apt/sources.list:
# warty backports
deb <a class="moz-txt-link-freetext"
href="http://ubuntu-bp.sourceforge.net/ubuntu/">http://ubuntu-bp.sourceforge.net/ubuntu/</a> warty-backports main universe
(it get about 50MB)
then :
apt-get update
apt-get upgrade
My Ubuntu Warty now runs OK.
