Website design : what to use ?

See my previous mail : Yes, I tried Quanta. Closest to DW on Linux, but
still light years from it sadly. WYSIWYG support is extremely poor to
start with, and of course, it's a KDE app, not Gnome, looks hideous,
that too needs sorting.
On the "plus" side for Quanta, I would say that it's very
fast/responsive. About as fast as NVU is slow.
The latest version seems to show that they are working hard on
implementing great features to bring it in the DW league.
I was for example happy to see the dinamically updated object properties
dialog, as well as the start of some WYSIWYG support, and also the HTML
editor that let's you fold/unfold tables, which helps having a
higher-level view of the document's structure.

So it's progressing, but still tons of stuff to do, so i the meantime, I
am glad DW runs fine on VMware, saves my beacon so to speak... ;o)
