Yes. sudo <your favorite text editor> /etc/apt/sources.list
Everywhere you see "warty" in the source lines, change it to "hoary",
uncommenting out universe and multiverse lines so that they are usable
as well.
Then save the edited file and run:
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get dist-upgrade
It will take a while, but once all of that finished running, you'll
have the most up to date version of hoary.
BUT remember...., this IS a beta (or pre-beta) version and is likely
not as stable as Warty. You may have to upgrade frequently to fix
broken pieces.
