Warty failed to install on seconf machine with WinXP partition -newbie

Ok lets get down to the partition level, why are you creating a FAT32 
partition for you Ubuntu root partition, would you consider going back 
and trying a linux journel file system, suggest ReiserFS or just ext3, 
believe this maybe the problem, Linux on FAT filesystems can be 
flaakie!!! Another thing are all 4 of these partitions primary partitions?
