[Hoary] Upgrade to Hoary

I upgraded from Warty to Hoary on my laptop and I did run into snags
with some unofficial repositories but after removing some affected
packages and re-running apt-get dist-upgrade a few times everything
worked out OK but it wasn't a smooth ride. I installed Array CD 5 on
another PC and that went a lot smoother :-)
