[Hoary] Repositories window unavailable after doing a system upgrade

I just had a look at my Synaptic and notice the same thing (the Ubuntu
packages have Debian swirls and some errors reading some of the
sources). Synaptic was one of the packages that updated today so it may
have some glitches.
