I backed up my important data, then installed Hoary fresh.

It's MUCH better than upgraded from Warty, but I must admit that I
"rode" Warty pretty hard in the many months since I installed it. Lots
of non-Ubuntu stuff compiled and installed......

One question - how do I turn off the tool-tips on the panel?
