MOTU reminder

hi community,

you probably heard already of the MOTU team that cares for your universe
packages. we have already grown to a little group over here, but we
still look for new universe maintainers. 

through a decision of our magnificent sabdfl and the members of the CC
and TB we are in a speedup of the MOTU approval process until hoary gets
released.

there are still a lot of packages that need to be touched in universe
before release.

so if you already thought about being a maintainer and have some spare
time to donate to ubuntu.... 

NOW IS THE TIME TO JUMP IN !!!

after hoary is released we will switch back to the normal process in
which it will take a lot longer to get approved.
