Ubuntu's performance : how to speed up ?

Oops, I don't have this options, are you using Hoary ? I think Hoary
comes with OO 1.1.3, Warty only has 1.1.2...

Thanks ! Indeed, it's delightfully faster to load ! :o)
Too bad it doesn't uses Gtk2, I hope it will be updated soon :-)
