Itching to upgrade to Hoary, I followed the advice to use jigdo in the
JigdoDownloadHowto having fiddled sources list to display the correct
distro. It reached the end and said:

Need to download 670 files to complete the image
0 files missing; all needed files available
2.6.10.

Unable to find a file to match
dists/hoary/main/daily-installer-i386/20041227ubuntu11.0.20050210/doc/manual/en/apa.html
Abort!
Error creating image: 1

...and everything stopped for want of a minor .html file!

Where are these files and how can I get the process back on track,
please? Or is there an easier way?
