Dropping support for Mozilla suite?

I use a lot this feature in the Mozilla suite:
- In the Mozilla Mail reader, if there is a URL in a mail message, if
you right-click on it a menu appears with an option 'Open in new tab'.
If you choose that option, a new tab is created in the active Mozilla
Navigator window with that URL loaded. This is very useful in a
newsletter in HTML, with a lot of links to the news details. I haven't
found this feature in the Firebird/Firefox duo, and I have tried with
plugins/extensions.
