Corrupted Downloads

Very strange.  If it happens with debs, it's definitely a different bug.
Have you been able to save copies of any of the corrupted files (they should
end up in /var/cache/apt/archives/partial or /var/lib/apt/lists/partial)?
In what way are they corrupt (too long, too short, wrong data)?  Is there
any pattern?

Do you have any problems with programs other than apt?  For example, web
browsing?  There seem to be a couple of known bugs in apt's implementation
of chunked encoding:
