Three newbie questions

a) What email client do you use on Windows? Can you export other formats
or only CSV? Perhaps you can export LDIF format - evolution might read
this. Secondly, evolution might need help in field order in a CSV - you
can sometimes specify that the first address record in the CSV file is
the field list (i.e. order).

b) Ubuntu PC 

IP address == on same network e.g.

XP == 192.168.0.10 (say)
Linux == 192.168.0.11 (say)

Linux netmask == 255.255.255.0
Linux gateway == IP address of the windows machine (e.g. 192.168.0.10).
See c) below as well.

c) To share you internet connection through windows from another
network machine, you will probably need to turn "internet connection
sharing" ON on the DSL network interface (in "network connections").
