New Kernel won't install on Dapper

this time around it's pretty simple like someone else previously
described: the latest linux-image-386 (and 686) is pointing to the
2.6.15-10 kernel, but it is not available in the archive site, only
2.6.15-8 is there right now. I'm not sure where the 2.6.15-9 I
currently have on my dapper installation comes from...
