Install:

    debmirror

Then run:

    debmirror -v --host=us.archive.ubuntu.com --method=http
    --root=ubuntu --arch=i386 --dist=breezy-updates,breezy-security
    --section=main,multiverse,restricted,universe --nosource --passive
    --ignore-release-gpg /directory_on_your_computer/
