I guess you will have to track them down manually, and download them
one at the time. But it's not really user friendly.

If you are doing multiple computers, one way is to install them
normally using apt-get, synaptic, etc on one computer.  Then go look
into /var/cache/apt/archives   and copy the .deb files  to the other
computers you want to upgrade.
