It says "Ubuntu Help and User Discussions"

I guess whether a "discussion" is on topic is in the eye of the
beholder ;-) 

My definition would be: "If *I* think this discussion is off-topic, then
it should be on "Sounder". If *you* think it's off-topic, you are clearly
wrong"
