Thanks for that - I had actually missed it, although not Mark 
Shuttleworth's page on the wiki.

I can understand matters off-topic to be on sounding, but I thought this 
matter was directly one which could (and should) be aired on 
ubuntu-users.  Where does it say that ubuntu-users is solely for 
technical questions?

And how do I sign up for sounding?
