help with Epson Stylus Photo 820 printer

There is a commandline utility named "escputil" that can perform the
maintenence tasks. Install "escputil" using Synaptic.

I have read that KDE's print interface may integrate the maintenence
features in some Epson printers; not sure if Ubuntu supports this
however as I use Gnome.
