IRC LoCoBot

[Sarangan Thuraisingham]

Hi all,
   Sometime ago we received an email about Ubuntu IRC channels. It 
mentioned something about bots for logging IRC conversations. Do any of 
you know if this is avaiable freely or is this a home-grown version that 
Ubuntu uses. Are these web CGI based or do they run on special servers 
of somekind.

   Also does the Ubuntu group make these conversation available online.
