I got an eMac G4, so I never had Windoze in first place. As for
replacing OS X, I don't feel it as a necesity to dump it out. It's
quite confortable and neither it nor its apps are M$ branded and I
don't have M$ apps installed in it. And it works well for me. I do have
ubuntu though (Xubuntu), for those times when I want to really do
hardcore tinkering.
