I need a better VNC viewer..

I think the scaling or size happens on the VNC server side.  I run
Kubuntu on my  1280x1024 desktop, and start x11vnc like this via ssh:

    x11vnc -scale .65

when I fire up TightVNC Viewer on my wife's notebook (at 1024x768), I
can see the whole Ubuntu desktop without scrolling.  It's a little
small and fuzzy, but better than the alternative.  



Also, I know you can make the regular vnc server start with a different
resolution, if you have access to it.
