[Install] Where do I find Gnome Money for Ubuntu 5.10?

Hi all,

I just switched to Ubuntu from Fedora Core 4.

I am very pleased.

I just don't know enough about installing packages.

1) How do I add local sources to the Package Manager (Synaptic. Wajig,
Apt-Get?)

2) I need an application to manage my household expenses - like Gnome Money,
but I couldn't find it in the list.

Any pointers for tutorials / sources will be welcome!
