I had installed a game, Chromium through synaptic. The game doesn't play
well on my system. When I went to uninstall I get the error message
'unable to allocate memory' synaptic did however, remove the data files.
Now if I unmark it I get the same error as Synaptic tries to reinstall
the datafiles. I don't want to use the game but I cannot uninstall it or
reinstall it. Consequently anything I do wish to intall that is
alphabetically after it doesn't go. How can I get around this?

Carlton
