3rd try arrow keys in totem

Can anyone confirm that they are able to use the arrow keys to jump foward
and backward in totem while playing a video?

The man page claims this works, but it does _not_ work on 2 different
machines for me, and I've posted to the list twice before asking about
this. So far I have reeived 0 replies :-(
