Perhaps there could be a focus on getting more games integrated with
Ubuntu.  You can get a lot of games installed by adding the debian
repositories, but many of those games don't show up on the gnome menu
after installation.  There are actually some really nice open source and
free games, but they just aren't packaged to integrate with gnome.

Other games might just need a little tweak to make them more "cool".
Replace the penguin in Tuxracer with a person on a snowboard, and
suddenly it becomes a cool game for the older kids.
