Hmm, well .. it replaced Debian, which in turn replaced Windows. ;-)
I started with Slackware in 1997 or so. Moved to Debian in 2000 or so for
the dpkg goodness. Moved to Ubuntu 6 months ago for the integrated desktop.
Details:
My laptop has Breezy installed.
My wife's laptop has Breezy installed. I haven't removed the WinXP
partition yet but it hasn't been booted since the week the laptop was
purchased.
My workstation at work has Breezy installed. I removed the WinXP partition
when I purchased cxoffice.
Note that all three machines have cxoffice (for different reasons). I need
cxoffice to run ClarifyCRM at work and, to a lesser extent, interact with
the MSExchange server (I ues IMAP mail and I'm working on a calendaring
solution). My wife insists on using MSWord because she's familiar with its
UI.
